Data deletion

You can ask Willron Electronics to delete the personal data we hold about you at any time, including messages you sent us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook Messenger. How to ask Use any one of these: - Email prem@willronelectronics.com with the subject "Delete my data". Include the phone number or email you used with us. - Send the message "Delete my data" to us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook Messenger, from the account you used to contact us. What happens next - We confirm your request within 7 days. We may ask you to confirm it is you, so nobody else can delete your data. - We delete your chat and message history, your saved addresses and your marketing preferences within 30 days, and confirm by email or message once it is done. What we must keep Invoices and order records must be kept for as long as GST and tax laws require (at least 8 years). We keep only what the law needs and use it for nothing else. If you only want to stop marketing messages, reply STOP or use the unsubscribe link in any email. You do not need to delete your data for that.
